POSITION SUMMARY

Grane Rx is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, accountable, and customer-centric team member to work on site at a customer PACE center in Sacramento.  The Pharmacy Technician II Liaison serves PACE customers by answering inquiries, assisting with mutual process improvement, resolving discrepancies, and fulfilling service requests to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.  This position requires on site work at PACE customer centers to assist with communication and process improvements between Grane Rx and the PACE center staff. 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • On site attendance at PACE centers on a routine basis as directed by Grane Rx leadership.  Team member will primarily work on site at PACE centers, with the remainder of work being completed at the team member’s home office. 
  • This position will act as the point person for initial “first-line” questions or concerns from center staff.  Team member will be responsible for escalating all quality-related occurrences to the Grane Rx Quality team, as well as escalating any service issues to Grane Rx leadership.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines/SOPs to ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Certified, licensed pharmacy technician or licensed LPN/LVN in the State of California, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years, experience working as a pharmacy technician preferred.
  • Preferred experience in long term care or PACE pharmacy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Proven customer support experience – passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
  • Precise attention to detail – interested in error prevention and resolution.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
  • Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, pharmacy information systems required.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient personality with interest in growth potential.
  • Adaptable to customer requests with strong problem-solving skills.
